Shark map

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I'm thinking of joining the group buy that Shark are offering at the moment.... Basically, I want to stay around the same power and torque I have at the minute but want a Shark map. I know Ben quotes 165bhp on his website, has anyone actually has their car on a rolling road and have an accurate bhp and torque measurement?

I think I will be going down the custom map route, unless someone can help meeee :smirk:

Thanks

Never actually had mine on the rollers but its a nice smooth map that does rev well for a diesel imoemoticon-0148-yes.gif

nice and smooth map, i would recommend it myself!

Mine ran 158bhp and 278lb/ft of torque with a very very dirty air filter and a slight boost leak ( I discovered after it ran)

I've since serviced it including changing the filter. I haven't had it on a dyno since, but the good old bum dyno makes me think it's putting out a fair bit more than it was then as it definetely pulls a lot stronger.

The map is extremely smooth, and was certainly a lot better than some others that ran that day!
