Picked up my new vRS estate

Featured Replies

Hi all will i picked up my new vRS estate today i ordered back in january and it has bin a long time but today i got to get my hand on it and its brillant. The 1.4 TSI engine is wonderful and the DSG gearbox is silky-smooth and knows its craft. The sport suspension is very good and rides nicely the sport seats are very supportive and comfertable and the interior is very smart if understated and well equipped but i did order some option the options i ordered are Acoustic rear parking sensors,Curve projector headlights,Integraed headlight washers,Climate control A/C and Rear electric windows :) .

On thejourney back home from the dealer i did not exceed 55 MPH but kept to that speed and the vRS returned 27.1 MPG that not bad for a very tight engine. :o

Well i am of to read the handbook and discover some of the other joys about the car ;)

nice post some pics up when u can

 Enjoy your new car sir :D

Not bad mate - although a friend got 42.1mpg on his drive home!! :) Need to try and beat that lol

AS above, get some pics up!

I'm dreaming of my estate, in green, yet to be built. Look forward to seeing pics mate.

Nice

Very nice, seeing lots of red ones now. Quite a popular colour with the white ones :)

Congratulations

Enjoy the car

Red really suits the estate but I would have gone with black wheels. It was white or red for me since those colours suit the car better. Black works too. Looks awesome good luck with it.

Nice Motor

Whats the badge above the side repeater?

Very nice B) . Looks lovely in Red!!

Its the 2010 IRC championship winning sticker fitted to all later VRS

Really hope that's in black on white vRS's. Wouldn't be surprised its not

Congratulations on the new car :) looks brilliant, nice to see another IRC sticker

Very nice matey, good to see you gone for the standard wheels, they suit it well!

Congrats! - I see more and more cars carrying the IRC sticky.

Very nice looking vRS Estate mate.

Thanks for all the nice posts by all of you

I did think about ordering the black wheel but the standard wheels look good.

The 2010 IRC championship winning sticker is in the back window too. I will post some more pic at the weekend so you all can see the stickers better

No it's white but still looks good

Congrats! - I see more and more cars carrying the IRC sticky.

I've got a 2011 model but no stickers.

How could I get a couple?
