Whilst I have been changing my consoles, I have noticed the weeping from the lower intercooler pipe! Now I know this is nothing amazing but wanted to know can you get/ make pipes or pipe work that fits better and let's less oil leak out?! I have seen a samco kit for around £200ish which is mental for a few pipes really!

im in the same boat too! noticed it today when i took my bumper off!

couple of cans of carb cleaner...

and 8 self tappers... (big un's like 12's or bigger)

use 4 for one side of intercooler and 4 for other side

screw through intercooler collar (plastic) through boost hose collar... fixing together

I glad it's not just me then! I may get some customs pipe made up it I can find a supplier and lots of money to I suppose! I looked and the samco set only had two bloody hoses for that silly price! You can buy universal intercooler piping for really cheap on eBay so may try that too. Anyone any idea the diameter of the piping?

you'll need custom collars made up to connect to the intercooler (both sides) and egr...

might aswell buy a forge fmic lol

forge use 51mm

cable ties have held my upper boost pipes on real well they havent come apart yet, so cud it be worth a try with the intercooler pipes?
