Newbie - looking for a Fabia vRS

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm on the hunt for a Fabia VRS (tdi) to replace our current daily runabout which is a Saxo 1.1. My wife has owned the Saxo from new (2002) and its starting to get a little long in the tooth. We quite fancy a Fabia VRS as they sound like they're fun to drive, can be tuned easily/cheaply and still return decent MPG.

We also have a Passat Sport Tdi and my other toy which is a 500+ BHP Evo 6.

I'll be keeping my eye on the For Sale section for any decent low mileage Fabias north of the border.

Do you have a Buying Guide or is there a thread listing the common problems with Fabia VRS's?

Cheers

Hello and Welcome to Briskoda

Hi and welcome aboard.

Tankful to tankful around 45mpg/ 10 miles per litre.

We also have a Passat Sport Tdi and my other toy which is a 500+ BHP Evo 6. I likes your EVO 6 toy. (green with envy)

I'll be keeping my eye on the For Sale section for any decent low mileage Fabias north of the border. 2004/2006 around £5000, mileage variable.

Do you have a Buying Guide or is there a thread listing the common problems with Fabia VRS's? No buying guide as such. Common faults sift through FABIA MK1 Forums.

Cheers

Baz

Good luck with search for Fabia VRS, and welcome to the site.emoticon-0148-yes.gif

Welcome to the Briskoda Forums.

Make sure to check out the Scottish Region of Briskoda and also check out the Fabia Mark 1 section for common faults for the Fabia.

Welcome to Briskoda.

I think avatars come with freedom membership, and yes any user can paste images from photobucket.
