plugged vag reader into car today and came up with

anyone know what that is??

i did a quick search for error codes but couldnt find anything.

Does the supplier of the scanner not give any support or fault code help?

Where have you searched?

P3130 = EGR Regulation Exceeded.

In a nutshell this code means that not enough exhaust is flowing into the intake through the EGR valve and this could be caused by several things. I would check for leaks or a bad EGR valve diaphragm.

egr had bin blocked and sealed off when new hybrid turbo got fitted,

Then you need EGR Delete incorporated into your mapping :)
