BT-Audio on Swing not working with iPhone ?

in my Skoda Octavia II (late 2009 model) with swing radio included while my iPhone is synced with bluetooth when I press on Media then BT-Audio nothing happens and on my iPhone 4 on iPod music player I don't find anything related to bluetooth

My iPhone works perfectly with calling and receiving calls ..

Does anyone else have this problem or a solution for it
