Bonnet gap....

Featured Replies

Areet there people. :)

I've got a 2004 Octy VRS and basically i was just wondering if there is a way of tighetning up the way the bonnet sits at the front of the car to make it a lot closer to the headlights? Mine and a mates both look the same in that there is a bit of a gap between them and the lights yet i've seen cars on here that have no gap whatsoever.

Any help would be great. :) Cheers!

There's the rubber feet on the underside of the bonnet that you can screw in to make it sit lower. Think they're on the bonnet. Might be on the slam panel.

However I guess if you screw them down too much the bonnet will rattle... Think they are on the spam panel, approximately inline with the foglight in the main headlight unit.
