Car used :

2011 MK2 Skoda Fabia vRS 1.4TSi

This is what we are starting with

Nice OEM "Fried Egg" look, yuck! Let's change that eh!

Open the boot and look behind where the lights are, you need to unscrew the circled item

A large flat head screwdriver will do the trick

ri3.jpg

Once undone you should be able to wriggle the light unit a bit and pull out towards you

The holder we are looking for is the orange coloured one circled below

ri5.jpg

To unscrew this you just need to turn it anti clockwise and then pull out

You then need to take your tissue paper, put it over the top of the bulb, push down slightly and turn anti clockwise until the bulb comes out.

Take your new bulb and do the reverse to install it, put it all back together and stand back and admire your work!
