If your after the V-Maxx give me a shout and I'm sure we can beat that price.

haha damn.. I have caught the speed bump so many times with my front lip but that's probably only because of the front shocks that just bounce the car lol

But guys one more question,

F found these pro sport coilovers which are pretty cheap:

What do you think about them, comparable to the VMAXX or Weitec? Any experience?

Try having the auto trans fluid changed by a garage if it's over 50k miles old. (if you've smelt old ATF or gear oil you'll know why this is a garage job)

Can't say that I have ever used these Pro Sport coilovers before but to be 100% honest with you at a price of £300 retail, it makes you wonder how much they actaully cost to make. To be fair I wouldn't expect them to be great.

As an idea, how much are you looking to spend on a set of coilovers?

Cheers

Mike

I just had quote for kw v1. they came in at £951 fitted.

yeah i think you are right about the pro coilovers. I didn´t think about that so thanks for sharing your thoughts :).

My budget hopefully allows me to buy the VMAXX set but the price in £ doesn't say all for me because I have to have them shipped to Iceland and also pay tax on it when it arrives here ;)

WOW

thats a lot, I got a set of KW v3 for 200ish more thats inc LCR top mounts and bearings to fit them and I just fit myself. so long as you have a jack and stands and tools its easy. +£30 for the geo.

Thats the only trouble with getting them shipped in, is there a way of getting round the tax? plus you can claim back the 20% vat form here cant you?
