MK1 Fabia Vrs

New boost pipes arrived today.

The originals lasted 65,000 miles before a boost leak started, so I was happy to get new OEM ones to last another 65,000 miles.

Now on the hunt for rear mud flaps.

Thanks ;)

Now on the hunt for rear mud flaps.

It is possible to fit oem skoda mudflaps. It requires cutting a very small portion of the bumper, you honestly wouldn't even notice it had been cut from looking at it, takes about 10 minutes each side and uses existing holes so no drilling required.

Yeap its very easy to do, use a stanley knife and gently just guide it round the bumper lip ( theres a small lip on the vrs bumper )

yeah the ones at the back are different mate. around £25 quid if i remember rightly

I really like the aerial on your car- how do I go about getting one? Thanks.

Either from eBay. Search Honda aerial or polo aerial, both fit but need a tiny bit of trimming to fit perfect. (Used one will do)

Or go to Honda or Vw dealers for one.

Lovely car mate. The mk4 Golf rub strips suit it so well, definately getting a set of these for mine as I was unsure on the standard ones....but they seal the deal!

How do them mk4 mouldings work? Clip on? Any cutting required? Car looks good.

Stick on, no clips.

The front door mouldings fit perfect with no cutting required.

The back doors need about 8mm cutting back.

Fog light surrounds off again for a refurb as a few stone chips were found. Fancied keeping them gloss black.

Also gave the grey plastics a dusting of Matt black to make a little blacker.

Fitted the 'Car park lights' kit, which Korban kindly made up.

Excellent bit of kit and quite easy to fit as Karl has done the hardest part of putting it all together.

Kit hidden away behind fuse box cover.

Unlock the car with key remote and when it's dark, the sidelights and number plate lights come on.

Once again, thanks Korban.

I'd fancy that if it wasn't too much hassle to fit.
