already decided on it, I saw one down oxford st and it looked the mutts nuts. It's just waiting for sony to pull their fingers out of their backsides and officially release it over here.

I heard it was put back and number of times, bit like GT4...

the ones I saw were imports @

If you can get one.

I bought a couple of PSP's and sold them on on Ebay.(and got hammered for import tax) The official Sony line was that there was severely limited supply on release in Japan, but the reality was that there were millions of them knocking about. The Hong Kong companies made a killing buying up the stocks and selling them to foreign countries.

If you look on Ebay now, there's still loads of them for sale. Sony have apparently now run out of the chips that drive the PSP, so UK release will be delayed until they can replenish their stocks. (another demand-increasing publicity stunt I fear)

lik-sang.com now doing the PSP for
Be aware though that some people have reported dead pixels and Sony's line is that this is "normal" and lik-sang won't be able to give you a replacement.

as with any LCD panel..........in-built tolerances for dead pixels in the specs. anywhere between 3-5 on most LCD's (IIRC)

And they can appear at any time and still be considered "normal".

Inherent to the nature of trying to "grow" lots of tiny uniform crystals on a large scale process.
