what setup / settings mate?

Thanks for the comments guys,

Setup was a tripod mounted Canon 1D mkIII with either a 17-40mm f4 'L' or a 70-200mm f4 'L' and remote release, apertures between f8 and f13 shutter speeds between 10 to 30 seconds to get the movement in the water.

Love these... is the fog effect just waves in long exposure or is it something else?
