Koni FSD shocks?

Featured Replies

Hiya guys, just wondering has anyone else got the Koni FSD shocks and Eibach springs set up along with the rear anti roll bar? do you find the ride a bit bouncy? also how much are these worth used?

Also on a seperate note is the PD Engine flush/injector cleaner any good for the car?

Looking foward to your reply guys.

I have, i find the ride and handling very good with this setup, rides not too hard but not bouncy at all. ARB make a huge difference as i have just found out by adjusting mine

best allround set there is.

Is it best to use these with standard springs or to go for eibachs or the koni springs? :o

Thanks for the quick response guys. Well i have this set up on my car.. but i feel its too bouncy.. just thought i'd ask for your opinions.

I second that Tony1554, feels too bouncy. Personally I think that's down to the Eibach spring rates, which I don't think are quite right for the weight of the TDI lump.

The reports these get on here amaze me every time they come up. The car iv been in with them feel bouncy & awful. The term F*****g **** dampers gets used a fair bit too by people iv spoken too.

I thought kw1's were the set to go for... non?

They are a little bouncy but with a rarb on chuck it into a corner and its ace lol

Arnt weitec gt's a good option??

I've got FSD's and Skoda standard springs....very good...not bouncey at all...and no RARB.....but I have a lighter engine tho' :giggle:

No complaints here with FSD's and Eibachs. I wouldn't say it was bouncy at all??? :S
