Hi I recently bought a fabia vrs and I really don't like how high it is has anyone got any suggestions on shocks and springs as I don't like the ride you get off coilovers it's far too harsh thanks

Eibach is very high in my book for shocks and springs, comfortable and firm Had them on both of my previous cars but not the Fabia... yet.

I'm going to try coilovers

I've got Eibach coilovers on mine, the ride is hardly any harder than standard and that's with a 45mm drop. It makes the car look and handle a lot better, with just Eibach springs the car hardly looks lowered at all. I had KW V1's on my previous car and the Eibachs are more comfortable, the KW's were a bit better in the corners though.

Eibach don't list coilovers for the Fabia but the Ibiza/Polo ones are the same, I got mine from DPM and would definitely recommend Damian to anyone.

I have AP coilovers on mine and love it. I wouldn't call it too hard or bouncy to be honest, obviously it's firmer than standard, but the improved handling and appearance easily make up for any reduction in comfort. I'm located in the North East too, if you're ever in the Middlesbrough/Hartlepool area, PM me and I'll take you for a quick spin.

As mentioned the Weitec and KW coilovers are great options and also quite comfy for coilovers so good for everyday use.
