Hi had this knocking cluncking noise over just any sort of bump in the road from near side fount since i brought my vrs, so iv changed the wishbone bushes (consol bushes) and iv just done the drop links and its still there thinking it may be the shock what do you recon guys cos really am scratching my head now. many thanks.

when do you get the clunking?is it all the time? just over bumps,etc. arb bushings can give a clunking noise from what i've read on here i had to replace the ball joint on mine which solved the clunking

thanks guys ill tell my garage 2 do the arb next strange they didnt metion this tho???? they said that it could be shock.

by the way is doing the arb bushes an expensive job??

no be a cheap job , could be a bottom ball joint to, possible snapped spring

Finally got my near side clunking sorted had the antiroll bar bushes done today and all nice and all quiete now thanks for the advice guys.
