I wasn't sure if some of the early 2.0 140 6 speed diesels were the early PD engines?

I would prefer the CR if poss.

Also, its done 17k and had 2 services at the dealers - what would be the normal service interval?

The 140CR did not appear until approx March/May(?) 2010, everything before this will be the PD.

Fixed servicing is every 12 months / 10K miles, variable servicing is UP TO 2 years and approx 18K miles (all depending on how & where it's driven)

How can I tell if my Superb is PD or CR? It's from april 2010 I think.

Look at the engine code on the vehicle data sticker, and post here. IIRC my PD140 is BMP.
