Radiator Leak - and Super Service

Featured Replies

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Silbury Skoda in Cramlington for their service last week.

Got to my car after work at 16:30 last Thursday, pulled out the parking space and the water light/bell came on. Had a look and the reservoir was almost empty (car is 19 months old), so topped it up with mineral water from a newsagents and "crawled" "spiritedly" to Silbury to try and catch them before they shut. A mechanic popped out, agreed it looked like the radiator and promised they'd try to have it looked at under warranty the next day, but depending on spares it could be Monday.

Got a call at lunchtime on Friday, radiator replaced, car good to go, no cost. Superfast service, if it had been the old Renault I know that the dealer would have taken an age over it and probably tried to charge me as well!
