I have decided against them now, tyre size is 235/40 18

is that not a audi s2 not a rs model.

Looks like an old shaped RS6 to me.

@ DLW - I think there are far nicer wheels which also look more up to date available, good plan to reconsider, imo. :thumbup:

I tried running 235/40x18 on my old Octy2, they rubbed the back arches very badly so I ended up replacing them with OEM size tyres.

As I understand it 235/35 R18 is as large as you can go before problems occur, depending on the wheel offset of course.

It's an RS6 yes. These were fitted to that and the previous generation RS4.

Good idea to go for something else. Tyres are obviously wrong, and I don't think the style will do the Octy any favours either.

think ur spot on there, had another look and the caliper has rs on it and not porsche. sure thats what the s models had, could be wrong not that into audi's

What gave it away was the 'RS6' badge on the grille..... :rofl:

Although I expected to see a BMW logo - Wardy will know what I'm getting there! :thumbup:

lol see what you mean. i could not see the badge that good the other but can see it now.
