I have found a set of these http://image.europeancarweb.com/f/10214859/epcp_0211_01_z+2003_audi_rs6+18_inch_alloy_wheels.jpg quite cheap and I might be able to get rid of my LE wheels in PX they have good tyres on them but I think they are 235/45/18 where mine are 225/40/18 also I am in need of replacing 2 of mine which will cost me £250 where I could buy these wheels for £350.

Any thoughts

@ DLW - I think there are far nicer wheels which also look more up to date available, good plan to reconsider, imo.

I tried running 235/40x18 on my old Octy2, they rubbed the back arches very badly so I ended up replacing them with OEM size tyres.

As I understand it 235/35 R18 is as large as you can go before problems occur, depending on the wheel offset of course.

It's an RS6 yes. These were fitted to that and the previous generation RS4.

Good idea to go for something else. Tyres are obviously wrong, and I don't think the style will do the Octy any favours either.

think ur spot on there, had another look and the caliper has rs on it and not porsche. sure thats what the s models had, could be wrong not that into audi's

What gave it away was the 'RS6' badge on the grille.....

Although I expected to see a BMW logo - Wardy will know what I'm getting there!
