Actually I just did a few price comparisons for your car and they are comin back at around £10K

I'd really want £3K to make it worth while I'd say...

I think I might struggle, especially given the costs for me to get it anywhere near to you and the ferry costs both ways.

I meant to ask what colour it is and if it has any dinks, scrapes, or anything else of note? Cheers

It's Corrida Red - not a scratch/dent on it.

I would drive half way etc to help costs if we go ahead?

I do have some pics -they are posted in the gallery somewhere but I will send over some full size pics in an email?

I'll try & hunt them out, although my Mrs hates red cars! Couldn't go much over £2k I'm afraid tho..

Found your post in the vRS section, but don't seem to be able to get the pics - a few pics by email would be great thanks

Hi mate

Sorry to mess you about, but after giving it some thought, I don't think your car would be what I am after.

I wish it was a diesel, as I would have bitten your arm off for it.

However, seeing as it is a petrol and I am trying to cut down outgoings, I can't see the maths working out.

Apologies

Pictures added.

Now definitely for sale.

Thanks

Wee bit rich for me I'm afraid - a straight buy on that red one in Scotland would net me a dealer one with hardly any miles for the same or less I suspect...

I thought it might be - but that is fine :)

I would take offers though... 13K would still mean you get one cheaper than a dealer (1K) - and I would drive it up as close as I could...

I think I might try my luck with trading it in. If I could only get £13K private and £12,500 on a trade and I could get the dealer to snip a few quid off the car I buy...

Going to sit down again and do the math first I think :)

Best of luck with that - been a bit disappointed with some dealer offers. One offered me £10k when his forecourt had one 9 months older with more than twice the miles on for £11k. A plate older with no options either - I was struggling with the maths there, I can tell you!

Yeah, I know what you mean. Knowing my luck I'll get £11K at best... =/

I've got a few cars that I've picked out though - and of course I am sure there is always room to manoeuvre for the car I'm trying to buy too.

I'll probably end up keeping the car and not bothering no doubt.. that or I'll wait a few months to ease the depreciation (and get a few more payments off the finance..)

<BUMP>

Definitely for sale now.

£12,750 or nearest sensible offer gets it.

Nobody?

Any sensible offer considered!

Could do with shifting it asap
