I run a small club and need to be able to find teh arverage form the best 4 scores from a total of 12 scores.

i.e.

31 40 42 28 0 41 0 28 28 32 35 39

bet 4 scores are - 40 42 41 39

average is 40.5

In this list of 12 events there were 2 "zero returns" = 10 events attended.

I am assuming that all competitors will score at least something and a "0" = no attendance.
