Hi everyone.

Done a lil bit of fishing on here but still not sure. Need to top my oil up as is low.

Which oil do i need to get as lots people have opinions but prob stick with VW oils????

I have had it mapped to around 210bhp (Not sure if this makes a difference for what oil i need)

Also was wondering, as im not sure what oil is in it, should i do a oil & oil filter change?

Agree with the above about the oil pump pick up pipe!

We use VW engine oil which really is top notch - no real need to go messing around and chaning it for something else...

But as they say!! Some oil is better than no oil!!

In December it cost me under £29 for oil, oil filter and sump plug from my local skoda dealer. Not sure of the price now with vat @ 20%

Do you have part number for Oil Pick Up pipe?

you should use a vw 502 or 504 spec oil

I use 504 spec out of convenience - any brand should do as long as it meets the spec
