Hi all,

I picked up my new car yesterday, a black 52 plate Octavia VRS. Loving it so far, such a good all rounder.

There are a couple of issues with the car - The drivers door doesn't lock or unlock on the remote, but does with the key, and the drivers electric mirror doesn't move. Hopefully something to do with this... http://briskoda.net/forums/topic/203964-central-locking-issues-on-octavia-tdi-now-fixed/

The rear nearside door doesn't unlock or open, but I managed to get it open once while I was looking at it. need to get it open again and pull the door card off, as it sounds like the solenoid is activating.

Also, twice in the last two days the Check engine light has come on, bringing up P0171 up on my friends fault scanner. hopefully this... http://briskoda.net/forums/topic/94161-code-p0171-engine-light-on-now-fixed/
