Is it just mine?

Featured Replies

Morning fellow Briskodians.

Basically, when my cars sitting at idle there's a wierd kind of pumping noise.... A kind of rhythmic chugging noise. I dont know what it is or why it's happening :-/

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Oh and if in increase my revs by 100 yes that is one hundred, the problem goes :-s

I think I have something like that... when I just start the car up and it's just idling it makes a rythmic noise that sounds like something is slipping or something is straining. No idea what it is. Guess this is a free bump :p

Nope car is used every day and it has been serviced 2000 miles ago!

Even madder. Ours both seem to have disappeared after driving a short distance, and both had been sat for a couple of days too.

Does it sound like the videos in that thread?
