Clunk when pulling away

Featured Replies

Hey all again, seem to be getting problem after problem lately :'( But when i pull away a bit quicker than normal, i get quite a clunk coming from what sounds the front. What could this be?

Also i get a clunk going over bumps, but this is very random when it happens. Could these be tied in with eachother?

Could be many thinks, anti roll bar, dog bone mount or changed a lot of front hub nuts recently. If they aren't tightened up correctly then the outer cv joint chatters in the hub, often confused with a knackered cv joint.

I was thinking the dog bone mount, but i shall check all the nuts just incase. Ive had nothing but clunks and bangs since i had my wishbones and rear bushes donw :(

Might well be a nut then, so many people over tighten the hub nuts or don't replace them when they have been removed.
