New Candy white vRS coming in Dec.

Question is, which Colour alloys?

I'm defo putting alloygator on them which come in both colours.

So...

White(retro)

Black ( a bit common IMHO)

Gold (just wrong!)

I've got a company to do them(standard vRS wheel coated)

at £40 a wheel.

White alloys might look nice, but 30 seconds after washing them, they'd look dirty again.

I'd go gloss black myself. But then you could go completely mad, and paint them any colour, just colour code all the badges for the car, and it'll look good.

Theres a black Clio down at the local asda, with bright orange wheels, badges, and stripe, and i really quite like it. I wouldn't drive it, but its nowhere near as offensive as it should be.

For a White car I'd say Black or Anthracite wheels. However I'm not personally keen on black wheels with a black car.

I agree definitely not Gold with white. :no: However I am slowly getting used to them on a certain persons black Octy.

If black, I'm thinking of putting a couple of black vinyl strips on tha bottom of doors( from front wheel to back) to set it off a bit.

just bought a second set and having them refurbed in candy white

not sure how it will look but if you dont try you dont know.

I'd try white, white alloys on a white car can look good imo. Seen a mates car a few years back like that.

White would look seriously naff to be honest, and show every spec of brake dust and muck, and you will constantly be cleaning them. White cars too are a PITA to keep clean, just like black cars.

Went for solid Colour to keep price down cos I'm a tight get!

Didn't fancy red.

I did think about anthracite though....

Either way I still wouldn't get a set of JPS 70's "gay gold" wheels!! Lol

White car = silver

I think it's silver or a dark anthracite (Kind of gun metal grey) as for me black with white is not quite right.
