Anyone got the old registered address for VAG parts, they seem to be a similar operations selling a similar range of parts.

Can't say I've used them, but if you were to give it a go, then e-bay is all purchaser biased so would probably be less risky for a first try.

Cheers. I'll give them a whirl I think. There seems to be some decent feedback on other forums, and the established eBay shop with high feedback numbers helps too. Active on UK-Passats for example. Plus one of the company directors posting on there about them (having checked their details out with Companies House )

The website operates with a proper Sage secure payment system that all checks out, along with PayPal as payment options, which is another good sign.

VAG Parts were in Swindon, quite a way from Malvern, I guess it's possible that it's someone related but who knows!

Edit: Just seen a contact name of Noel and there wasn't a Noel at VAG Parts.

Registered postcode is WR14 2QL. And the three directors listed are Mr David John Pritchard, Mrs Sandra Vance and Mr Noel Vance.

Be good to see it work out and hopefully there will be an alternative source for parts

They've dispatched same day, but it's via standard Royal Mail, so predictably hasn't arrived yet. Don't need it until next week at the earliest though, so no great issue.
