I opted for the towbar option:

*squints* are they Cruz bars?

If so, assuming you aren't using the optional barrel locks on them, expect those end caps to start snapping and dropping off (usually at speed :S ) over the coming months :p

How heavy are those bikes, they have squashed the car into the road nearly emoticon-0104-surprised.gif

B)

I don't trust any racks with my bikes, especially how I drive! They must kill the fuel economy too.

Both my bikes fit in the boot without even folding the rear seats down, which is handy. But when I ride with mates I just put the back seats down and we slip the bikes inside with only the front wheel removed.

Of course there can be times when you NEED a rack!!

didn't fancy mullering the interior that was all, MPG wasn't affected too bad, and i can safely say they are safe past 70 :giggle:

I'm sure you meant upto 70, right? ;-)

I either take the wheels off and stick it in the boot, or put the seats down and keep it in one piece, depends on my mood. It's all a bit beverly hillbillies with things strapped to the outside of the car.
