Bolero Power up

Featured Replies

Hi all wondering if anyone could answer this for me, I just took my wifes Bolero radio out and replaced it with a Columbus, we left a cd in it. So not wanting to remove the Columbus. I tried to power the Bolero up on the bench, when I put power the unit goes through the changer but at the end of that it will not let you turn it on. There seems to be no connection for IGN SW (I think it gets the on signal from the can bus?). But I have seen picture of people selling these on EBay and they have it powered up on the bench.

Any help will be greatly apprieciated.

Thanks

Jason

When I got my car it came with two CDs jammed into the Stream head unit which would not let them go. When I replaced this with a Columbus I stripped the Stream down to remove the CDs out of curiosity as to what they were, this was a very simple and straight forward task, although may be a bit more awkward on the bolero.
