Going to go down the lowering springs route as i cant afford coil overs so for now i going to have to get lowering springs.

Out of the options you've put I'd personally go for the Weitec or KW.

All drops quote from standard height unless specifically for the VRS.

They'll fit but you won't get the full stated drop on the VRS so you'll need to take off about 15mm.
