Hot estate?

Not quite the petrol discussion, but I'm glad the vRS has traction control. I'd have been side ways like many MK1's yesterday at Castle Combe. :D

Plus if the vRS was diesel, when I come to mod my vRS, I'd be leaving a James Bond comedy style smoke screen behind me like all the other MK1's seem to :p

The estate is faster than the hatch so its definitely hot. Audi have been doing hot estates for years and I've got no problem with it

I have picked up an important tip from this thread.

I have struggled to control uphill reverse maneuvers.

The secret is to allow hill hold to disengage until it creeps and then you are back in control, so to speak.

I had some dodgy reverse takeoffs out of parking spaces with lock on.

I know what you mean. Nearly caught me out when parallel parking into my drive.
