Hi, yes I've just fitted one of a pair to my GF's Fabia 1. I found it easy to fit using a 12mm bolt, nuts and a couple of large plywood washers. Used plumbers silicone grease to help. The four year guarantee sounds genuine (although who keeps receipts that long?) and they look well made although I've never seen a new OEM version to tell if there's any more rubber in them.

Yeah, i've seen bimmer owners praising them quite a bit, thought i'd ask the question really.

And if they're easier to fit than cupra bushes with similar results... Even better

I might plump for them and give them a whirl - can hardly be much worse than my existing ones. Lol

I recon they are the best OEM type to go for unless you want to go polybush....but thats £50 plus expensive.......anyway you've just got an MPI so the MHD ones will be top end for what your car can do, and the nose weight!
