lights on warning buzz not working

Featured Replies

My warning buzzer is not working when i leave the lights on, but the buzz works when i have low fuel or its warning me of ice etc. Also wen i open the door the inside light comes on so i presume thats working ok still(the switch),

Any ideas?

Dan

Even with ign key removed?

just realised wen i open the door the ''door open'' light isnt coming on now. think is must be the door switch then

same here, the lights always come on the doors (red ones) when i turn the ignition off when i'm getting out of the car, which tricked me into thinking it wasnt the door lock :), seems to be a common problem, its the same on my X reg golf as well, I have a more confusing problem though, my boot will only open, if, I open one of the back doors first? and the boot popper on the key fob doesnt work either :(

I can't really just ignore it, my alarm tends to go off after my doors auto lock cause it thinks i never got in the car :(

on the plus side, my alarm works :)

My Fabia doesn't make a warning Noise when I open the door and leave the lights on. Even with the key removed out the ignition... Is this something covered under warrenty? As I brought the skoda with 12 months of dealership skoda warranty...

Thanks
