think it was the leon cupra r thats what it was listed as it could possibly be the ibiza cupra tho.

ignition off and use a long thin flathead screwdriver to flip the clips to the side. can take 10secs or 10mins

i cheated and used my mates airbag removal tool

just makes a change from the r32 wheels and looks a little more sporty but still has the oem+ look if you get me?

Not so keen on the big red bit top of the steering wheel, otherwise it looks good. Could have tried a new vRS wheel too, think they fit.

Sorry for digging up an old post, but does anyone know if a 3-spoke vRS wheel and airbag (more-so the airbag) would fit on a Fabia that has the standard 4-spoke wheel and airbag set-up? If so, does it require any vagcom work?

I have a 3-spoke leather wheel from my old mk4 Golf, which would be a lot nicer than than the current wheel. All I'd need to do would be to track down a Skoda 3-spoke airbag.

If changing both complete, will fit fine. Splines are the same that the physical wheel "carcasse" bolts to. Then the airbag just connects to the same plug and will fit into the wheel.
