I think I'm going mad... ADDING weight?

Featured Replies

Fitted the rear door cards and the passenger side B pillar trims today.... I felt disgusted with myself. :D Might start leaving the spare wheel at home for shorter journies. :D

Clearly you are going mad... next thing you'll be running the car like me.

All seats, spare wheel and lunch in the glove box. :giggle:

Think of the reduced power to weight ratio ;)

Yes you are going mad emoticon-0140-rofl.gif

Wasn't sure if you were talking about the car or your good self Jas

Eating too many imported Cornish pasties can effect you foreigners in this strange manner. LOLemoticon-0140-rofl.gif

Or the high demands running this 'Briskoda' site is burning the brain muscles out. LOLemoticon-0140-rofl.gif

Well, the trims probably added about 5kg, maybe a bit more.... However my spare wheel is about 25kg I think, so leaving that at home on shorter journies would be a benefit. Plus I can leave the wrench, jack, etc at home as well. :)

Spare wheel = 25kg

RAC/AA membership card = 25g

Coincidence? Or providence? ;)

I have breakdown cover but would be too embarrassed to call them if I didn't have my spare on board.... :D For longer journies I will put it in, but within 20 / 30 miles from home I can get someone to pick up my wheel and bring it out to where I am stranded. :D
