In Harrogate, North Yorkshire according to Auto Express. (2 March 05 Page 14) Congestion on Skipton Road is being increased by courteous drivers letting in to many motorists from side roads which severely affects traffic flow

:rofl: so they are saying they want people to be rude and discourteous.

Obviously not enough BMW's in the area...

Time to build a new "executive" (aka debt-ridden) housing estate then. That'll get rid of the courteous drivers :D
