Unfortunately this is very common as the standard parking sensors are a bit poor to say the least and when one sensor fails the whole lot fail. Check that they haven't got wet or aren't covered in muck but I'd put money on one of the sensors having failed.

Skoda charged something insane like £100 for a single new sensor, much better to get a cheap set like these from E-bay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CAR-REVERSING-REVERSE-PARKING-4-SENSOR-KIT-BUZZER-ALARM-/190322960277?pt=UK_In_Car_Technology&hash=item2c5021e795#ht_3598wt_1163 for a fraction of the cost.

Many thanks for your reply, Is there any way of testing sensors to to find out which one it is, Continuity or open curcuit etc.?

Turn on ignition but don't star car. Put your car in reverse and go to back of the car. Put your ear close to the sensor. If it has some static noise in, then it is working. If not, then I have bad news for you. It's toast. Also you can try with just putting your hand in front of the sensor. If system starts beeping, then that one is ok.

But like BDZ10 told, it's better to buy all new set of system than paying the man in dealer. That's when it is original system. If not, then you should find the sensor block from the boot, to check what manufacturer it is. Usually they put it left back to the cover.

On my case, I believed that I have original sensors, but it turned out when checking the block, that it was aftermarket. But still it was kind of old model and they did not produce these kind of sensors anymore. So just bought new system, installed and everything fine.
