Prob best to shrink it in Paint or similar program to keep it as an image. If you have any probs, e-mail the pic to the addy in my profile and I'll do it for you

You could try pasting into Paint and shrinking it that way in the absence of a 'proper' picture editing utility. I think you can save pictures as jpegs from it...

Pretty sure you'll struggle converting a Word document into a JPG...your best bet would be to use a proper graphics program...
