Hi all hope iv posted this in the right place if not sorry

i have a skoda felicia 1.3 mpi manual x registration

every now and then the car engine just cuts out only when im slowing down

just wondered if anyone else has had this problem

and if some one could advise on how to fix the problem

Is there any pattern to this at all?

For instance, does it only happen on a cold engine? when you've been on a closed throttle and then brake? if you wait until the engine is under 1_000prm before changing down?

Thers is no patern to it.

it happenes on a cold and hot engine.

yes it happens on a clossed throttle.

edit: just remembered it happens when i slow down foot on the brake and clutch, changing down gear

edit: iv just cleaned the throtle, replaced the engine coolant, checked the spark plugs
