Remap next week, Whoop!

Featured Replies

Hi all, I've finally booked my map in for next week.

Few things that I need to get in place prior....

I want to put in a boost gauge:

Where do I put the boost line into?

What bar should I be hitting?

I plan to pillar mount it:

What is the parts number for the pillar?

Where in the bulk head do I go through?

I have the black plastic pillars, what paint colour best matches it?

DV:

I currently have the compbrake DV but it only came with the one spring, what is the other spring I may need and can you buy them separately?

If so, how much?

Air filter:

Currently running standard filter with smooth box/cold air feed. do I need to upgrade the filter?

regards,

Damian.

bit more advise....

I am having horrible squeaking from the rear, what bushes do I need to replace for that one?

I have the super pro bushes link

http://www.candrenterprises.co.uk/shop/superpro/car-octavia11u

Just need to know which ones to buy.

Hi,

Is the squeaking heard with the handbrake on or off?

BTW Is the re-map being done anywhere along the south coast? Interested in results...

You can get Fabia beam bushes mate they are a lot cheaper.

if not the superpro mk4 golf ones are the ones you need, 2 parts and easy to fit.

iirc Mark(bowders1) did that thing with the pilar mount, best pm him

yup thaqt it
