Hi, today I removed the rear door cards and applied sealant around the edges of the door carriers, I have sealed right up both sides. The post I saw said just to take it a small way not right to the top. Will this cause any problems? don't really want to remove the panels again and cut the sealant out.

Can't see this causing a problem bud..

It will be fine, the Skoda way is just to cut down on the amount of sealant they had to use for warranty jobs.
