Best mounting kit for HTC Desire S

Featured Replies

Anyone have one of these phones? I will be buying a bluetooth kit to integrate with my Bolero but I also want to mount the phone neatly so I can use the GPS. I have looked at Brodit kits which are expensive but generally good quality.

If someone has done this it would be good to get any suggestions and especially see some pictures . . .

No experience of the phone, but I must have bought about 6 brodit cradles over the years, very sturdy and a good fit. I currently have one semi-hardwired in the Roomster for the HTC Wildfire as below:

Brodit are very well made holders, you won't regret buying one.

Another shout for Brodit here.

Not cheap though, the dash mount and phone-specific piece will total around £25. Worth it though.

Thanks for the answers guys. I went for the Brodit centre mounted one - not at all cheap . . . £60 including postage for the active mount! Pro-clip

The right hand side mount blocks the air vent which clears the drivers window so I didnt fancy that. I didn't like the idea of looking down to the centre console mount but nice installation there by the way Jonny5ive.
