someone said to me that the VAG 2.0TDI will be replaced with an all new engine soon, is this true? any details?

Well the PD TDI was replaced by a CR TDI.

Since TDI is just marketing for Turbo Diesel Injection, I can't see that being changed any time soon either.

i wasnt sure if they were maybe lowering cc and maybe changing turbos to twin style single units
