Put a new pollen filter in this afternoon and forgot to check which way around the old one came out.

When I put my hand in the slot it fits in on one side there is a large hole, I guess this is where the air goes out or comes in.

Can someone tell me which way the air flows so I can check I put it in the right way around.

Airflow is left to right looking from passenger seat.

Forgot to mention mine is LHD. Would anyone know if the direction is the same as MoggyTech stated.

I have attached a pic with an arrow showing the airflow direction of the filter as I have fitted it.

If you carefully look at the black plastic frame that holds the filter there is a directional arrow on the side of it. There is also a printed directional arrow on the side of the pollen filter it's self! So you put the filer into the frame, making sure that both arrows are pointing in the same dirrection. Also the frame fits into the slot under the dash one way only (correctly...althou I have seen them forced in the wrong way around).......so it is fool proof!...maybe not.....?????....
