How can open the roof console to replace the bulbs with LED?

If it's anything like the rest of the VAG range - which it is bound to be you need to prise the panel out with the dummy vents in (where you can make out the rectangle for the phone microphone is fitted) by inserting a plastic trim tool (or credit card etc)near the sunglasses holder flap, this will hinge forwards and you will see two small torx screws, remove these unclip the light unit and the light unit will then come out.
