Hello to all, we took delivery of a beautiful Yeti Excellence, 4 x 4 last week and so far are very pleased with it, especially as it is our first brand new car!

As we live in France the handover was in the French language, a little bit confusing but we are just wondering how we engage the 4 x 4 mode. We assume we press the "off road" button but if anyone could help with this question we would be very happy.

4x4 is active all the time....well not quite really..........the car is 2wd....until the fronts lose traction then the Haldex diff sends power to the rear wheels as well....as per the VW Golf R32!!....As it is the same system......just the more upto date version!..So the car is mainly 2wd!

As for the Off Road Button....all this does is alter the parameters/charicteristics of the ABS/ESP/HHC/EDL/EPM systems so they perform better in an "off-road" environment!
