Increasing the Text on Mac Book Pro

Featured Replies

I have just bought the new Mac Book Pro and I am having difficulty in altering the text size.

When I log on to Briskoda the Text size is too small so I have to Increase it by holding "cmd' and pressing "+". When I log out and back in the text has gone back to It's original size.

Is there a setting on Briskoda or my Mac where I can keep the Text the same size all the time

Thanks.

Not too long a MBP user also. You can double tap the pad and the on screen data will enlarge. Double tap again and it will restore. (It is double tap on the magic mouse too).

Download firefox. Much better than safari and you can also maximize the window unlike safari.

Firefox also allows you to 'zoom text only' leaving pics and graphic embellishments untouched.

You can change the size of the default font. Preferences - > advanced. check the settings in there.

When you open preferences there are icons across the top, "Advanced" is the last one on the right. You can also set the standard font size under the "appearance" tab. :)

I don't wish to sound thick but there is no Advance button on the Top Right.

I've opened up System Preferences, Language and Text, plus other places but I can't fine " Advanced "

Running OS Loin

Thanks.

"EDIT"

Found it, Preferences in Safari, thick O Me. emoticon-0144-nod.gif

Altered the font to 14 but It's still reverts to the smaller size when I log out and then back in.
