I need to replace tha rear wiper motor and before I try to remove the interior plastic panel Any other tips would be appreciated.

Just pull it, theres loads of double sided metal clip type things that will possibly get lost/fly off as you pull the off. Try and keep hold of them. Refitting it much trickier, you need to put the metal clips in either the trim, or the boot itself then try and line them up to push them back in. Lots of patients needed.

WHS, but watch the panel doesn't come loose suddenly, or you fly flat on your backside. I have the T-Shirt.

Can't see how it can be done by putting the metal clips into to boot first as the metal clips slide into the trim from different sides. Plus as son as you offer the trim up the clips will push further into the boot.
