Hi all has anybody had any issues with the window runner clips on the front of the car if so were du u gt thm from and whats best way 2 go bout replaceing thn the easiest way

I found the plastic window sliders on ebay for £5 for 2, the problem I have is with everything fitted the cable appears to be about 2inches short no matter how I try to pull them ,they obviously did fit once , nobody seems to be able to help. When opperated the window motor sounds like its full of grit.
