Do Shark performance still provide the same service? That looks as though it'll save a lot of hassle.

Drop them a line. Very friendly bunch if not always the cheapest option.

But they have a nice enough waiting room, Top Gear DVD's to watch and they will feed you tea/coffee while you wait

That's exactly what I have been trying to do but I have some issues as not all of the buttons work. I was told it is a compatibility issue of the instrument cluster (MFD cannot be controlled from MFSW except for level 1/2) and the readio (Audience with sound system), only moving station worsk but not the volume. I have much more info including scans, etc. but I leave at that for now.
