SD Card in Bolero

Featured Replies

Getting ready for my Superb coming, which will have a Bolero installed - what is the maximum SD card that it will take?

Plus, do I need to maintain file/folder structure in it. When I burn a CD with MP3s on, I maintain a folder structure:

01

-> 01filename.mp3

-> 02filename.mp3

etc

02

-> 01filename.mp3

-> 02filename.mp3

etc

03

-> 01filename.mp3

-> 02filename.mp3

etc

04

-> 01filename.mp3

-> 02filename.mp3

etc etc etc

Do the SD cards need to built in the same manner or can I just bung the files in anyhow?>

Hi,

32gb SDHC card will/should be fine.

Just dump the MP3's on within their own folders or as single tracks.

I use folder of artist name with mp3's inside

I create a MIX folder with V.A inside.

One thing though.

Try to have your MP3's ripped at 320Kbps.

These will give you the best quality sound. emoticon-0148-yes.gif

I think it's limited to 2000 files. Get a 16 or 32gb SD card, you can pick up a fast class 10 one now for not a lot of money.

Just name the folders/files sensibly (artist/song/etc). The new bolero's scan fast so no need to do anything funny with file/folders.
